MAZZO collaborates with Berberè, the well-known chain of pizzerias founded in Bologna by Matteo and Salvatore Aloe. And it does so with a special winter pizza, which will be featured in all of the group’s Italian and international pizzerias.
Together we created Pizza Concia d’Inverno, with Romanesco broccolo, guanciale, semi-seasoned Maremma pecorino, fiordilatte and mint.
